DUAL BAND TRANSMISSION LINE CIRCUIT USING CAPACITOR USING SERIES CAPACITOR ONLY

PURPOSE: A dual band transmission line circuit using a serial capacitor is provided to vary capacitances and frequencies using a varactor diode. CONSTITUTION: A first capacitor(302) is serially connected to a first transmission line(301). A second transmission line(303) is serially connected to the first capacitor. A second capacitor(304) is serially connected to the second transmission line. A third transmission line(305) is serially connected to the second capacitor. A third capacitor(306) is serially connected to the third transmission line. The capacitances of the first capacitor and the third capacitor are identical. A fourth transmission line(307) is serially connected to the third capacitor. The characteristic impedances and the electrical lengths of the second transmission line and the third transmission line are identical. The characteristic impedances and the electrical lengths of the first transmission line and the fourth transmission line are identical.
