摘要 |
PURPOSE: A flexible solar cell using piezoelectric materials is provided to minimize recombination of electrons and holes by increasing the mobility of the electrons generated in a solar cell due to a piezoelectric layer. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell unit(100) in a pre-set size is prepared. A front transparent electrode(102a) and a rear transparent electrode(102b) are formed on both front side and rear side of the solar cell unit. A front substrate(104a) is formed on one side of the front transparent electrode. A rear substrate(104b) is formed on one side of the rear transparent electrode. A piezoelectric layer(103) is formed between a transparent electrode and the substrate. |
