PURPOSE: An RF signal processing circuit for performing stable phase locking operation is provided to reduce the input of noise component for a phase locked loop of the RF signal processing circuit. CONSTITUTION: An RF amplifier(10) amplifies an RF signal through an antenna. A demodulation unit includes a PLL(Phase Locked Loop) circuit(60). The PLL circuit locks the phase of an output signal of the RF amplifier for the demodulation of the PLL circuit. An output circuit(80) amplifies the demodulated signal of the demodulated signal. The output circuit outputs the amplified signal to a video signal. A capacitor is installed between an input terminal and the PLL.
