<p>PURPOSE: A hot rolled steel sheet with a low yield ratio and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simultaneously improve strength and yield ratio without separate addition elements. CONSTITUTION: A hot rolled steel sheet with a low yield ratio comprises aluminum 0.01~0.06 weight%, sulfur less than 0.005 weight%, carbon 0.03~0.08 weight%, manganese 1.0~1.3 weight%, silicon 0.1~0.2 weight%, niobium 0.01~0.03 weight%, vanadium 0.03~0.06 weight%, P less than 0.02 weight%, and the inevitably contained impurity.</p> |
