摘要 PURPOSE: A differential planetary gear type caliper integrated electronic parking brake actuator is provided to supply a braking force for safely controlling a parking brake by increasing a reduction ratio twice and applying a differential planetary gear type. CONSTITUTION: A differential planetary gear type caliper integrated electronic parking brake actuator includes a driving unit(10), a link sub wheel unit(20), a link(30), a first relay gear unit(40), a second relay gear unit(50), a drive gear(60), a differential planetary gear unit(70), and a caliper connection nut(80). The driving unit is remotely controlled. A link sub wheel unit is separated from the driving unit. The link transmits the rotation force of the driving unit to the link sub wheel unit. The first relay gear unit is engaged with the link sub wheel unit and reduces the number of rotation. A torque is firstly increased. The second relay gear unit is engaged with the first relay gear unit. A drive gear is engaged with the second relay gear unit and reduces the number of rotation. The torque is secondly increased. A differential planetary gear unit is connected to a main shaft(61) of the drive gear and reduces the number of rotation. The torque is thirdly increased. The caliper connection nut transmits the torque of the differential planetary gear unit to a brake caliper mounted on the electronic parking brake. The wheel is braked.
