PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a flange integrated tube is provided to reduce an error rate and to improve quality by using a roll forming process instead of molding. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a flange integrated tube comprises next steps. A hollow tube of rod-shape is prepared(S10). The size of a gap formed between an upper caliber roll and a lower caliber roll is controlled(S20). The tube is passed through the gap between upper and lower part hollow rolls(S30).
