PURPOSE: A cart for loading bread plates is provided, which can enhance space utilization according to cart keeping and be used regardless of size of a bread plate. CONSTITUTION: A cart for loading bread plates comprises: first and second loading decks(110,120) fixed to the inner side of first and second vertical bars; rotary upper bars(130,140) and rotary lower bars(150,160) which are respectively equipped in both ends of first and second loading decks; first and second width control units(170,180) which vary width of the first and second loading decks; and a guide unit guiding the rotary lower bars in width control of the first and second loading decks.
