SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR UPDATING SMART CARD USING UPDATE BINARY COMMAND

PURPOSE: A system and a method for updating a smart card using update binary command is provided to enable a user to check a caller's location when a user receives an emergency call. CONSTITUTION: A number storage unit(120) stores one or more emergency phone numbers. An address storage unit(130) stores an address input through a user interface(110). If an input phone number by a call connection request is coincident with a stored emergency phone numbers, a message transmitting unit(140) transmits a message including information about the stored address as a call connection requesting phone number.
