The present invention relates to food products consisting of a chocolate mold in which marshmallow is filled and the biscuit is found in the centre. The chocolate mold acts as a bearer carcass, leaving a gap for the marshmallow and the biscuit which can be both plain or flavored. This structure offers greater product stability with longer self life.
