PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a Codonopsis Lanceolata fermentation is provided to suppress interleukin-13 formation and to prevent and treat asthma. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a Codonopsis Lanceolata fermentation with anti-asthma activity comprises: a step of washing Codonopsis Lanceolata; a step of steaming and pulverizing Codonopsis Lanceolata; a step of adding 5-30 weight% of mushroom extract liquid to 70-95 weight% of pulverized Codonopsis Lanceolata and mixing; and a step of fermenting the mixture and drying.
