Agents based on a homogenous phase, and stabilisation thereof with ammonium nitrate and use of said agents as bioregulators

There are described agents which are based on a homogenous, aqueous phase containing at least one active substance from the class of the quaternary compounds, ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymers and ammonium nitrate. Additional active substances can be incorporated. The homogenous phase is stabilised with ammonium nitrate. It is described use of these products as bio regulators.
