<p>The device has an electric power source producing electricity issued from a transformation installation for transformation of renewable energies. A power distribution unit is connected to the electric power source for distributing the produced electricity towards a series of storage batteries. The batteries supply electric power to charging terminals to which electrical vehicles are connected. The power source is formed of a wind-powered generator and/or turbine and/or solar panels.</p>
