The method involves establishing stabilized temperature selected by an analysis enclosure (EN). An equipment (EQ) is operated according to the selected settings. Values of parameter measured by sensors (C1-C5) are collected, where the parameter represents the temperature. The values measured and collected in respective environments of heat producing elements (E11-E15) of the equipment are compared with values deduced from physical characteristics of the temperature and the settings so as to determine possible malfunction of one of the elements.
