The element has a core defined by an internal face (2) adapted to be rotated from a side of a structural floor unit rest on two beams of a floor, side faces (6, 7), an upper face (4) and an external face(3). Parts (1a, 1b) has ends forming one of the side faces, and are assembled in the prolongation of one another by correspondence of male reliefs (8a, 8b) and female reliefs (9a, 9b), respectively. Dimension of one of the parts comprising the female reliefs is adjustable by a cut perpendicular to the internal face, the upper face and the external face.
