<p>Single use closure with chamber is intended for closing various types of containers of different capacity and without threads. It consists of : a metal cylindrical cover (1) with along the rim accomplished vertical stiffenings (10) and in the top part accomplished cambered bottom (9), a bellow (2) and rubber gasket (3). The metal bellow (2), being glued along the rim (15) of the cover (1), is attached at the spot (14), thus forming a tight-sealed chamber (5), filled with gas of certain overpressure (depending on the dimensions of the closure), which is achieved in the process of gluing. The rubber gasket (3) is applied on the inside of the cover (1), below which underpressure is achieved in order to keep the closure on the container (12) permanently, and to provide complete tightness, all up to the loss of vacuum which was created when closing the container.</p> |
