<p>In order to obtain a thin speaker device capable of radiating a large volume of reproduced sound, the direction of vibration of a voice coil is changed and the vibration, the direction of which has been changed, is efficiently transmitted to a vibration plate. A speaker device is provided with a speaker unit (1U) and a cabinet (300) mounted to the speaker unit. The speaker unit (1U) is provided with a vibration direction changing section (50) for transmitting vibration of a voice coil (30) to a vibration plate (10) after changing the direction of the vibration. The vibration direction changing section (50) is provided with a link mechanism (50L) for changing the angle of a link portion (51) formed between the voice coil (30) and the vibration plate (10). The cabinet (300) forms a specified gap (S) between the cabinet (300) and the speaker unit (1U), and a portion of the cabinet (300) supports the link mechanism (50L).</p> |
