<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module device which enables a terminal side to control power supply to a module device even when a control part of a terminal is not provided with a function for generating a signal to control power supply to the module device. <P>SOLUTION: An expansion module 100 includes: a DC component generation part 130 for generating a voltage signal of a DC component from an AC component of an interface signal transmitted to an interface part 110 from a terminal 1; a trigger signal output part 140 for outputting a trigger signal when a voltage value of a voltage signal generated by the DC component generation part 130 is over a threshold voltage V<SB>th</SB>; a flip-flop circuit part 150 for inverting the level of an output signal to output it when the trigger signal is input from the trigger signal output part 140; and a switch 160 for switching a standby state to an ON state when the output signal inverted by input of the trigger signal from the flip-flop circuit part 150 is input to a gate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
