<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply-structured opening device which can enhance thermal insulation performance, while being excellent in appearance. <P>SOLUTION: This opening device includes a frame comprising both vertical/horizontal frames, and a paper screen openable/closable as a sliding door arranged on the frame. At least the vertical frame of the frame is provided on indoor side in the depth direction from the paper screen, and has a cover portion projected inside in the width direction. The paper screen includes a double-glass panel and stiles arranged so as to cover the ends of this double-glass panel along its outer circumference, while these end portions of the double-glass panel are adhered to the stiles with adhesion means to be fixed. Among the stiles of the paper screen, a door-end stile is 35.5 mm or shorter in the width direction, almost all door end stiles are concealed with the cover portion in the indoor side front view in closed position of the paper screen, and a heat-transmission-resistance value of the opening device is 0.287 m<SP>2</SP>K/W or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
