<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminating apparatus of a solar cell module cooling the solar cell module which has been heated by a heat exchanger in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 is disposed in a chamber housing 2. A space 8 is formed in the inside of the heat exchanger 1, a steam supply pipe 6 is connected to the left side thereof, and a pipe 18 for supplying cooling water is connected to the right side thereof. A connecting pipe 10 is attached to the bottom part of the heat exchanger 1 to connect it to the water ejector 13 of a vacuum suction means 5. The vacuum suction means 5 is composed of the water ejector 13, a cooling water tank 14, and a circulation pump 15. Cooling water is promptly evaporated in the heat exchanger 1 maintained in a vacuum state by supplying the cooling water to the heat exchanger 1 from the pipe 18, and the solar cell module 4 is quickly cooled by latent heat of vaporization of the cooling water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
