<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of restricting an effect of a thermal runaway, and restricting a risk that a single thermal runaway phenomenon propagates in the whole cells in the battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: A means of preventing propagation of the thermal runaway in a plurality of batteries is provided.
