<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with an anti-falling-off function to a flat cable of a connector improved. <P>SOLUTION: The connector 1 includes an anti-falling-off member 30. The anti-falling-off member 30 has a front-upper beam 32 and a front-lower beam 33 which are extending from a base part 31 respectively and between which an FPC 100 is inserted into. Further, the connector 1 includes an actuator 20 to elastically deform the anti-falling-out member 30 so that the front-upper beam 32 may be inclined toward a front-lower beam 33 side. The front-upper beam 32 has a pressurizing part 32a for pressuring, toward the front-lower beam 33, the FPC 100 inserted into between the front-upper beam 32 and the front-lower beam 33, when the front-upper beam 32 is inclined.
