PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double rotor structure magnetic support motor for less vibration in support force, along with a turntable having the same. SOLUTION: The double rotor structure is such a structure as has two rotors: an inside rotor 23 provided inside and an outside rotor 25 provided outside across a stator 21. The outside rotor 25 consists only of an iron core. The outside of the stator 21 has a 12-slot structure. Each tooth 35 is wound with a magnetic support winding 37, and windings A1, A2, and A3, for example, are connected in series. Each of the magnetic support windings 37 is applied with a DC current, and a generated magnetic support magnetic flux attracts the outside rotor 25, thus playing a role for generating a magnetic support force. The windings A1, A2, and A3 generate an electromagnetic force in x-axis negative direction, and windings C1, C2, and C3 generate a force in x-axis positive direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
