PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet liquid composition excellent in diffusibility and fragrance sustainability, and further excellent in sensory deodorant effect of a sulfur-based offensive odor. SOLUTION: The liquid composition contains a fragrance composition comprising (A) a polymer having as a constituent unit a monomer unit having a quaternary ammonium group or a tertiary amino group, (B) a surfactant, and (C) one or more fragrance ingredients selected from the group consisting of amyl formate, isoamyl acetate, octyl acetate, 1-phenyl-2-methyl-2-propyl acetate, cis-3-hexenyl acetate, butyl acetate, geranyl acetate, tricyclodecenyl propionate, methyl butyrate, hexyl butyrate, geranyl butyrate, 2-methylbutyl butyrate, citronellyl butyrate, ethyl isobutyrate, methyl isobutyrate, ethyl isovalerate, isoamyl isovalerate, ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, allyl caproate, allyl 3-cyclohexylpropionate, allyl 2-pentyloxyglycolate, allyl 2-cyclohexyloxyglycolate, methyl dihydrojasmonate, γ-decalactone, and ethyl tricyclo[5.2.1.0<SP>2,6</SP>]decan-2-yl carboxylate.
