PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel support device that easily adjust speed to a recommended speed by operation of a driver. SOLUTION: The travel support device 1 is mounted on a vehicle including a vehicle speed adjustment means for adjusting the speed of a vehicle according to operation of the driver. The travel support device 1 includes: a recommended speed acquisition means 51 which acquires recommended speed of the vehicle; a speed detection means 12, 22 which detect speed of the vehicle; and an operation feature changing means 51 which changes the operation feature of the vehicle speed adjustment means according to the deviation between the recommended speed and the speed of the vehicle. It is preferable that the operation feature changing means 51 changes the operation feature of the vehicle speed adjusting means so as to change the speed of the vehicle in a direction toward the recommended speed, as the deviation between the recommended speed and the speed of the vehicle is larger.
