PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine that has remarkable sugar lowering effects, is effective for preventing and treating diseases such as diabetes, and has slight resistance to patients using the medicine. SOLUTION: A substance obtained by mixing a seed of Momordica cochinchinensis with pharbitis seed, astragalus root, Geoclemys reevesii, licorice, Schizandrae fructus, Rehmannia root, Atractylodes japonica, Pseudostellaria heterophylla, Psoralea corylifolia L, peppermint, and white pepper in a weight ratio of respective components of 28.2:23.5:9.4:7.1:2.4:4.7:4.7:4.7:4.7:4.7:4.7:1.2 is mixed with albumen of sterile hen egg and fixed to the center of sole and poultice is put for 15 hours.
