PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for visually reporting a rhythm while preventing an ill effect that sensitivity is excessively concentrated on sound in practice in golf, etc. SOLUTION: This rhythmic light emitter includes a rhythm generating means generating a rhythmic signal, a light emitting means emitting light based on the rhythmic signal, an electric power supply means for supplying electric power to the light emitter, and a directional projection means projecting light from the emitting means only in a prescribed direction.
