PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing recycled resin pellets uniform in bulk density and shape irrespective of material and shape of loss films. SOLUTION: One or more continuously-supplied long loss films f are slit or bored, and the loss films F after slit or bored are supplied in a thin squeezed state between a pair of squeezing rollers 26a, 26b and rotated relative to the squeezing rollers 26a, 26b downstream of the squeezing rollers 26a, 26b. The thin squeezed loss films F are delivered between a pair of compression rollers 28a, 28b formed with unevenness on the outer peripheral surfaces, and the loss films F are twisted into a twisted-paper like string K between the squeezing rollers 26a, 26b and the compression rollers 28a, 28b. The twisted-paper like string K is point-compressed at predetermined intervals by the pair of compression rollers 28a, 28b to form a string R.
