PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrunchy which can be used as a brooch. SOLUTION: A brooch body 3 is set in such a manner that a brooch pin body is superimposed on the empty part of the center of the doughnut-like shape of a scrunchy body 1, and it is pinned to clothes, a bag or a purse by the brooch pin body. The scrunchy body 1 making use of the stretch of a rubber part 2 becomes attachable/detachable from the brooch body 3. When the brooch body 3 is fixed on the clothes, the bag or the purse by the brooch pin body beforehand, it is attachable/detachable by hooking it to the brooch body 3 by making use of the stretch of the rubber part 2 of the scrunchy body. The using method is functional with a simple structure at low cost. The scrunchy body, when a single piece, can be attached to the body as a bracelet or an arm band other than bundling up the hair, but in the state where it is superimposed on the brooch body 3, it can be used as a more gorgeous accessory.
