PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for culturing cells, capable of managing the history of working processes of medium exchange for each of cultured cells. SOLUTION: This device for culturing cells is provided by including a culturing container stand for loading culturing containers pasted with RFID labels including RFID chips registered with identifying information for identifying at least either the cultured material or culturing container, laying process-executing regions for loading the culturing container for each of the processes in order to perform the predetermined plurality of processes for exchanging the medium one by one, and on reading the identifying information of the culturing container by an identifying information-reading means in the process-executing region, storing as the medium exchanging history information of the culturing container corresponding to the identifying information by associating the identifying information with the process-executing region-identifying information imparted to the process-executing region.
