The device has a control element shifted between a resting position and an active position. A feed element (19) is partially made of a shape memory alloy, and exhibits transformation temperature. The feed element shifts the control element from the resting position into the active position when the feed element is heated at temperature exceeding the transformation temperature. Locking projections (12, 21) allow shifting of the control element from the resting position into the active position and prevent shifting of the control element from the active position into the resting position.
