DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR CLEANING PLATE TYPE VESSEL

A device for cleaning a plate type vessel is provided. It includes a cleaning unit (12), a first operating unit and a second operating unit. The first operating unit moves the cleaning unit along the length direction (Y) of the plate type vessel (2), which executes the horizontal cleaning operation on the inner surfaces of the lateral walls of the plate type vessel along the length direction. While executing the horizontal cleaning operation, the second operating unit drives the cleaning unit to execute the vertical cleaning operation on the inner surfaces of the lateral walls of the plate type vessel. A system for cleaning a plate type vessel is also provided. Multiple said devices for cleaning the plate type vessel are connected together by joint levers (3). The system enables cleaning multiple plate type vessels simultaneously by moving the devices all together along the length direction of these plate type vessels arranged in line. The invention can be used to clean a plate type vessel with narrow width and multiple layers, exhibiting the advantages of good cleaning effect and high efficiency.
