<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reader's finger from being injured by preventing the generation of a sharp cut end in a part where a cutout hole or a cut is punched. <P>SOLUTION: A cut comprising a minute perforation is formed at a predetermined page of a picture book by a perforation die. Then, the cut comprising the minute perforation is removed so that a hole, a cut piece or an opening corresponding to a shape of the cut is formed at the predetermined page.
