<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large area translucent thin-film solar cell module that precisely keeps a translucent region, readily selects a variety of translucent patterns, effectively realizes translucent function, and solves the problem with the translucent thin-film solar cell module that readily causes short-circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The etching method of a translucent thin-film solar cell module includes a step of printing an ink slurry, having corrosion resistance against an etching solution in a region to be protected on the thin-film solar cell module placed under a screen, and drying and solidifying the ink slurry; a step of applying an etching solution on the thin film solar cell module; and a step of removing the ink slurry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
