<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converting element having high conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric converting element includes an anode 10 and a cathode 20, and a photoelectric converting element 30 between the anode 10 and cathode 20, and the photoelectric converting layer 30 includes at least a mixture layer 34 containing an electron-donative material (P) and an electron-receptive material (N).
