PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aβcrystal nucleating agent that forms a crystalβstructure in a crystalline resin. SOLUTION: Theβcrystal nucleating agent is configured to include a phenolic compound, particularly a phenolic compound having a fluorene skeleton [for example, 9,9-bis(mono- to tri-hydroxyphenyl)fluorene, 9,9-bis(mono- or di-(1-4C alkyl)-hydroxyphenyl)fluorene, or the like]. Such aβcrystal nucleating agent and a crystalline resin (particularly an aliphatic polyester resin such as polylactic acid) are melt-mixed to form aβcrystal structure in the crystalline resin.
