PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a film structure having a useful fine rugged pattern by a method high in productivity, a solar energy collecting prism sheet high in the amount of electric power generation per day, and an optical film for a stereoscopic vision display giving a high realistic sensation with less lateral reverse view. SOLUTION: The method is provided for forming the film structure having the fine rugged pattern 54 on the film surface. In the method, the film structure having the fine rugged pattern 54 is formed by transferring a transfer object 51' to a transferred base material 52 from a transfer roll 50 having a fine rugged pattern on the outer peripheral surface, and the surface of the transfer roll 50 is formed by sequentially laminating (1) a metal oxide layer formed by a vapor phase epitaxial method and having a film thickness of 5-500 nm, and (2) a mold releasing agent layer formed of a silane coupling agent.
