PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent organic light-emitting display device preventing distortion phenomenon by controlling scattering of a transmitting light. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device includes a base plate member including a transparent area and a plurality of pixel areas spaced from one another via the transparent area; a thin-film transistor and a storage element formed on the pixel area, a gate line, a data line, and a common power supply line formed on the pixel area and the transparent area and connected to one or more of the thin-film transistor and the storage element; and a pixel electrode covering all of the thin-film transistor, the storage element, the gate line, the data line and the common power supply line formed on the pixel area.
