PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna apparatus which is adaptable to a metal body, made compact and has few restrictions of a place for installation. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an antenna apparatus 1 installed on a metal body, which includes: an antenna body with which a wire is wound around a magnetic core formed from a magnetic substance material; a sealing body 5 for housing the antenna body; and a non-magnetic substance conductive sheet 6 covering a surface of the sealing body 5 opposed to the metal body. Thus, a space (sealing body 5) is provided between the non-magnetic substance conductive sheet 6 and the antenna body 4, so that the antenna body 4 is positioned away from the metal body rather than the case where the space is not provided (the non-magnetic substance conductive sheet 6 is directly stuck on the antenna body 4), a Q factor is increased and a frequency change rate is reduced.
