PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a right and left turn support device presenting highly reliable information. SOLUTION: This right and left turn support device is configured to transmit, from a transmitter on a road, right and left turn support information generated by using the detection result of an oncoming straight running vehicle or parallel straight running vehicle; to receive, by a right and left turn vehicle, right and left turn support information transmitted from the transmitter on the road; to determine the necessity of information presentation based on the right and left turn support information and the running state of the right and left turn vehicles; and to present, when the necessity of information presentation is present, approach information indicating that the oncoming straight running vehicle or the parallel straight running vehicle is approaching.
