PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable coating composition excellent in storage stability even in a one-part type coating composition in which the pot life is hardly restricted and capable of forming a coating film excellent in adhesion property with a base material and heat-resistance, and a heat-resistant brightness part. SOLUTION: The active energy ray curable coating composition is used for under-coating of a metal thin film, and includes a coating film-forming component, a photopolymerization initiator and a solvent. The coating film-forming component contains copolymer (A) obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing a styrene monomer, an alkylol (meth)acrylamide monomer and a (meth)acryloyl monomer and having a glass transition point of -60 to 20°C, and active energy ray-curable compound (B), and has an amine value of 15 to 200 mgKOH/g.
