PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional screw conveyor that the screw conveyor is weak in wear and corrosion since a material of a blade is defective. SOLUTION: The material of the blade of the conventional screw conveyor is formed of common steel which is weak in wear and corrosion. Though a resin with an ultra high molecular weight is adopted in place of the material, the resin blade cannot be attached to a shaft since the resin is not weldable. Here, a blade rail is provided so that the resin blade with an ultra high molecular weight which is heated in an oil bath and molded by cooling can be attached thereto.
