PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a legless chair defined to be folded, having a lightweight structure, and being also usable as a back muscle stretching device. SOLUTION: This legless chair 1 having no seat surface, includes a base body 2 having a pair of left/right support legs 4, and a backrest portion 3 having side plates 12 in both sides of a back board 11, the lower ends of both side plates 12 are turnably journaled at the front ends of both support legs 4 via pivot shafts 20, and the back board 11 is raised in a backward-tilted attitude with respect to both support legs 4. In this legless chair 1, a pair of left/right armrest arms 21 are attached to both side plates 12 via turning support mechanisms so as to turn from use positions where the armrest arms project forward both side plates 12 to storage positions where the armrest arms are folded up along both side plates 12; locking receiving portions 10 to be engaged with the front ends of both armrest arms 21 are provided at the external parts of both support legs 4; and while the front ends of both armrest arms 21 are engaged with the locking receiving portions 10 to be supported and fixed to both support legs 4, the back board 11, with its back side directed upward, is raised in a backward tilted attitude, so that this legless chair is usable as the back muscle stretching.
