PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot seedling transplanter having a pot seedling-reversing and feeding device for receiving laterally arranged pot seedlings from a pot seedling box, downward conveying the pot seedlings, and simultaneously reversing the longitudinal directions of the pot seedlings, which can accurately position a seedling receiver at a seedling-receiving position, and can prevent that the position of the seedling receiver positioned at the seedling-receiving position is varied from a prescribed position even after the pot seedling-reversing and feeding device is repeatedly operated for a long period. SOLUTION: The pot seedling transplanter is characterized by attaching a seedling receiver 1 to seedling-receiving arms through elastic members 21, disposing positioning members 22 having holes at the right and left positions of the seedling receiver 1, and disposing position control members (pin) 23. The pin 23 has step portions 23a and fitting portions 23b, respectively, on a machine frame 7. When the seedling receiver 1 is upward rotated, the holes of the positioning members 22 are fit into the fitting portions 23b of the pins 23, and the upper surfaces of the positioning members 22 then contact with the step portions 23a, thereby positioning the seedling receiver 1 at the seedling-receiving position.
