PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of increasing the cooling efficiency or heating efficiency of a Peltier module. SOLUTION: The Peltier module 1 includes thermoelectric conversion plates 3, 4, a heat absorption part formed on an end face on one end side in a longitudinal direction of the thermoelectric conversion plate, a heat radiation part formed on an end face on the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the thermoelectric conversion plate, a heat exchange part thermally bonded to either the heat absorption part or the heat radiation part of the thermoelectric conversion plate, and a needle part 14 having an axis in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the thermoelectric conversion plate and projecting from the heat exchange part toward the opposite side of the thermoelectric conversion plate.
