PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine with a power generating means and an electromotive drive means simplified in structure and improved in maintenance performance. SOLUTION: In a lifting magnet vehicle, a motor generator 12 is simply constituted by arranging a motor generator relay board 52 as the terminal board thereof at a space from the motor generator 12 without integrating the motor generator 12 with the motor generator 12, and provided at a maintenance-easy site where cables are easy to be removed, attached and routed during maintenance, thus improving maintenance performance.
