PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easier getting-in/-out of a vehicle of an occupant by allowing the occupant to get in/out of the vehicle in a semi-crouching posture with the occupant's femurs lower than the buttocks. SOLUTION: A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion 40 and a seat back 60. The seat cushion 40 includes a buttock-receiving section 42 for supporting the buttocks of the occupant; and a leg-receiving section 41 which is located in the front direction of the seat with respect to the buttocks-receiving section 42 and supports the femurs of the occupant. A cushion inclination mechanism 50, which can be inclined to lower the getting in/out side by raising the buttocks-receiving sections 42 and 44b of the seat cushion 40 with respect to the leg-receiving section 41, is installed below the seat cushion 40.
