<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swivel movable stool allowing a user in the seated posture to transfer from a wheelchair outside a toilet or bathroom to a toilet seat or bathtub, capable of securing the concealment, capable of reducing the burdens on a caregiver even if the nursing care is necessary for the transfer, and allowing a health person to use the same toilet or bathroom without trouble. <P>SOLUTION: The swivel movable stool which is set along the wall surface 2 of the toilet or bathroom and foldable with a seat board attached to the wall surface or a door is provided. The swivel movable stool allows the user in the seated posture to move from outside to inside of the room through an entrance opening. The swivel movable stool is folded with the seat board and a member for supporting the seat board attached to the wall surface or door surface of the toilet or bathroom. The seat board is located on the wall surface or door surface of the toilet or bathroom when the rotary movable stool is in the folded state, and the seat board is moved over the entrance opening when the seat board is unfolded and swiveled. The swivel movable stool has a lifting rod with a grip.
