<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the operation speed of a hydraulic actuator by regenerating one part of return oil, and to improve energy efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A regeneration valve 20 provided in a valve housing 7 is composed of a spool valve 26 provided between a pair of main conduits 5A, 5B (oil paths 9A, 9B) and short-circuiting the oil paths 9A, 9B via a short circuit passage 13 when a pressure difference caused by a pilot pressure becomes large, and a sleeve type check valve 32 attached to the spool valve 26 and preventing the flow of pressure oil in a direction opposite to a regeneration direction of the pressure oil between the oil paths 9A, 9B. By a spool 27 and a sleeve 33, when the oil paths 9A, 9B communicate with each other via the short circuit passage 13, return oil (pressure oil) discharged from an oil chamber A of a hydraulic cylinder 3 via the main conduit 5A can be short-circuited to the other main conduit 5B side, and regenerated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
