<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing method of fluid by which mixing characteristics of the fluid can be controlled, to provide a method for manufacturing fine particles by which desired particles can be obtained, and to provide the fine particles manufactured by the method. <P>SOLUTION: In the mixing method of at least two kinds of fluid in a micro-reactor, a first fluid A is fed to a mixing region 18 via a split feed flow path 12A, and a second fluid B is fed to the mixing region 18 via a feed flow path 14. The total value of the dynamic pressures of the fluids A and B is controlled, the fluids A, B are mixed in the mixing region 18, and the mixture of the fluids A, B is allowed to flow through a micro-flow path 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
