PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further facilitate assembling work and disassembling work by simplifying pipe installation structure to a side plate. SOLUTION: Between side plates 12 disposed to face each other, shelf supports 13 as a combination of a plurality of pipes 14 are provided vertically in a plurality of stages. On mutually facing inner surfaces of the side plates 12, cylindrical projections 19 are provided, and tapered ribs are provided on inner diameter surfaces of the cylindrical projections 19. At the tips of the pipes 14, protective caps having similar outer diameter as their outer diameter are installed.
